Sir,
I am Muthu Kumar. I bought a maruthi swift car in the year 2005 and now the odometer clock registers only 22010 KM.The registartion number of my vehicle is Kl-01-AJ-7477. Now a tik-tak sound is heard from the AC.When it was shown to the Indus authorised Maruthi service it was duly informed that the sound is due to complaint of the compressor. Earlier this product was supplied was by Delphi. Now this product has been discontinued and a new supplier namely Santon is used intead of Delphi. This itself shows that the earlier product was not worth enough and similar complaints compelled the company to shift to Santon. This being a manufacturing defect and i being the consumer is at peril. Therefore my complaint may be lienently viewed and a effecacious remedy by way of providing the compressor of Santon at the cost of Maruthi Suzuki is to be provided to me, in the interest of justice.
