Rude service

Me and my wife took a spicejet flt from mum to kochi and we were very happy with it. We took a flt on ur carrier from kochi to delhi and we were not at all happy. When I ordered a kathi box for myself one guy said ok (he asked to take my order) and then forgot about it.he moved and the girl serving with me asked me again. This is when my normally cool wife lost it and reprimanded her. This girl (had a northy name, cant remember her name) was very cheeky and tried covering up for him and kept addressing him as sir. My kathi rolls came by but my wifes order had run out, which the guy didnt advise when taking the order. They gave us some story of priority orders having taken precedence. But then they shouldnt offer things on the mike if they have run out. We plan to send a lot of australians from sydney where we are based, for ayurveda massages and were planning to tell them to take spice jet, but now it looks like a bad gamble. Very unhappy.
