NON-DELIVERY EVEN AFTER B15 DAYS OF BOOKING

Dear Sir,

I Ritesh Sha, Kolkata, district, (W.B), have problem for the refill booking and getting the gas cylinder as poor dlivery for long time. My consumer no. SG-7814. My last booking date was 2/12/09, of booking no. 6229. But till now ther is no response from the M/S Jagadamba Gas Service distributor (code no.461826, 6 Paddapukur Rd, Kolkata) despite of repeated reminders. It is most harassing that, either the telephone was always kept busy or they do not receive the phone.

I have complained about this matter for many times to the sales officer of Kolkata but despite of this he is not interested to solve this problem.

I hope, the concern authorities should take a immediate step for supply the gas and take action about my said complaint dated on 20/12/09.
