Long Delay in Delevery every month

Every month we receive the gas cylinder after 25-28 days of booking, which has been becoming more problematic for us day by day. We have no idea about why this is happening. Every month we have to open a quarrel with booking operator for receiving cylinder in time. We are not sure that there are more connection than the sypply or they are selling it in black. Whenever we ask a reason Agency owner shout on us. His attitude is so unbehaviour that no one want to talk to him. Pleas someone look into the matter and start opening atleast online awernace to this problem.
