Hello Sir/Madam

This is Munish from Phagwara. I am a proud owner of your great car Maruti Dzire VXI. I have purchased this vehicle from Swani Jalandhar. I feel very sorry to say that the company has not provided my original bills, original temorary numbers, form no. 22 untill now. They handed over the paper kit to me, and i assumed that the papers are there in the kit.

I drived the vehicle in chandigarh, the papers was checked by the traffic police authorities at a check post there in chandigarh. I feel embarrased to know that the papers were missing, they said that there are no bills, no form no. 22. I requested them that i came here for the check up of my mother in PGI. Somehow they left me after some requests. I feel very embarrassed and ashamed in front of the police authorities.

I called in the morning today in the Swani company, Jalandhar. They told me that your papers were not issued and handed over to you because of the draft was not encashed. Although they have asked from the bank manager about the authenticity of the draft from phagwara branch.

It was a bitter experience that i was not told about the absence of papers untill now. The draft might have been encashed three or four days after the delivery of the vehicle.

Please check in to the matter and act as it is required.
