I and my brother varkey P.E given an order for two maruthi Alto LX to popular vehicles and services Ltd. Kothamangalam Branch in Kerala. As per booking for No.3746and 3726 and rimited Rs.1000/- each 30/1. They have offered us vehicle delivery should be on or before 15th February. We have given oder for manufacturing date should be January. 11th February they demanded to rimitt to Joby mon. P.A an amount of

Rs.200000/-and Varkey. P.E Rs.151000/-. We rimited the same amount 11th February through cash and D.D .But the dealer cannot give us vehicle delivery still right now (18th February). We called up Popular customer care manager kochi, named Sheela she Said they can give vehicle delivery only after13 days otherwise she asked to cancel the order. And she was trying to teach us to the prosegier of cancel the order. We have complained Maruthi Kochi office through telephone (04844088400). Your office staff also no ready to hear our complaint.

Kindly consider our compliant, our difficulties, violations of rules and mental torchering, these things. We are requesting you to enquire this case and do the maximum favorable decissions.
