I have purchase Hero Honda Passion Pro - from Jai Bharat & Co.,

The Fork washer plate and silencer gaurd screw has been rusted due to inferior quality, the vehicle has been purchased on 14.12.09

This has been complaint on first service date 29.12, not replaced 2nd service on 19.02.10 not replaced, 3rd service on 15.04.10 not replaced.

while asking the spares incharge informed that not such requisition from service department. Asked for customer complaint register in the service department not been issued, as the manager is not there, the people present their does not Know the register where it locates.

I got angry since 4 months the spare has not been get from HOnda, I shouted, the spares incharge informed that he wants to prolong this issue.

Pls advise whom to complaint this
