Non delivery of households

I had booked my households to shift it from gurgaon to indore from jai ganesh packers and movers on the date 27.2 2010. they delivered the goods on 6th of march but i hadn't received my Sleepwell Matresses . this item was missing and when i enquired about it from the owners, they said it was left in their godown so they would deliver it a week later.

but to my surprise i hadn't received my matresses till date and also when i tried to enquire about it they were not picking up my phone . neither had they updated me about the current status.

i sent one of my friends in gurgaon to collect the matresses from their godown but then the owners of jai ganesh packers & movers, they said the matresses had been delived to chennai mistakingly.
