Non delivery of car and poor response

I handed over my household items and car (santro) on 23 july to jai ganesh packers n movers at new delhi to be delivered at chennai (door to door service).i was given an assurance that my items and car shall be delivered at my chennai address by 28/29 july. however, even after relentless efforts from my end to contact owner of jai ganesh packers n movers finally my household items were delivered at chennai only on 05 aug. items were recieved in partially damaged state.further, my efforts to trace the location of my car failed as from 01 aug till 06 aug i was almost daily assured by mr rakesh that my car has reached chennai and will be delivered my evening, the same day, however, the same was not done.futher, from 07 aug onwards he has stopped recieving my telephone call and there is no trace of my car.this therefore seems to be a clear case of cheating/theft.
