AVOIDING SOME PARTICULAR AREAS FROM GAS SUPPLYING

DEAR SIR,

We took this Opportunity to state some facts before you. Am a indane customer my consumer no.14797.Am writing this complaint by representing my area also. The Jaihind gas agency mannarkkad is avoiding our area (vellathode, Irumbakachola) from gas supply Continuously. Eventhough 10- 15 costomers of this area has already finished both cylinders the agency NOT SUPPLIED A SINGLE GAS CYLINDER.The funniest thing is that they were booked for cylinders 4-5 months befpre.

Eventhough all houses in the same areas are in the road side & very eazy to supply things, while supplying they took EXTRA SERVICE CHARGES per cylinder beyond the distance & not giving proof of payment for the extra money (360 45 =405).

Sir we hope your kind attention & immediate action in this case. We request you to protect from missusing our cosumer rights.
