Poor Service

I put up my Hero Honda Splendor bike for servicing and few faults at Jai Kumar Arun Kumar, an authorized dealer of Hero Honda bikes in Meerut.

Those people asked me to get the serviced bike in the evening but when I approached them in eve I found that my bike is not serviced at all. Infact it doesnt seems to be that they had even washed it. When I pinpoint this point to their supervisor he just overlook it and gone somewhere.

When I asked another servicemen then also there was the same response.

For approx 1 hr nobody listen to me. After that when that supervisor come back again and I asked him for the servicing quality then he put my bike to wash only.

At last I got my bike only washed and all the faults were not taken care of.

Such scenario happens with all customers and no one is there to listen the grievances of the customers.
