Gas connection amount access charged

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Indane gas connection No 32586 from Kharga Gas Agency Ambala Cantt. Now I have gas connection transfered from Ambala Cantt (Haryana) to IDAR (Sabarkantha, Gujarat). I am deposited 01 x Cylinder and 01 x Regulator in Kharga Gas Agency, Ambala CAntt and agency refund me total Rs 1400/-. JALARAM GAS AGENCY, IDAR CITY, (SABARKANTHA, GUJARAT) asked me required to pay total Rs 2600/- for the same connection.
