It is submitted that I have purchased Swift Car in the month of July, 09 from Barkley. I have done all three services of this car from Modren Motors, Panchkula (A Branch Office of Modren Motors, Industrial Area- I, Chandigarh). The car has runs 10000 kms up to 31.03.2010. There is some problem in the front shauker of the car and the tyre of front side was dameged due this problem (rub ho gaya hai). But the above said dealer has refused to change the shauker of the Car. Detail of my Car is as under :-
