Poor response to customers

This is regarding the complaint on JANAKI MOTORS, HERO HONDA DEALER, CHENNAI.

Recently got a new 2 wheeler from this dealer but the response to the customer is very poor. They showed a badly damaged vehicle to us for sale and given wrong details to be entered in RC certificate which is very important. Even the vehicle is taken to RTO office, they gave wrong color and other details which has to be entered in RC. Since the vehicle was purchased from this dealer, i went more than 5 to 6 times only for damaged part replacement and to correct the RC details.

Necessary actions have to be taken on this dealer who irritates the customers. Even many often shouts them for improper service being done there. The problem is with the particular dealer not on vehicle company/ manufacturer.

Do take necessary actions.
