Poor Service

In my town there are two agencies named 1. Radha Gas, 2. Jaya Gas. 10 years ago, Radha Gas already reached more consumers, so Bharath Gas stopped new booking to Radha Gas, also transferred surplus consumers to Jaya Gas.

Radha Gas serving their customers in proper channel of booking and delivering the cylinders, from the beginning. Jaya Gas, we need to book after 20 days from last cylinder, and more 20 days after booking. After these 40 days they will not deliver the gas to home. No answers to our phone calls. We need to argue with the delivery man always!! Door delivery in prompt only for VIPs (They no need to wait for such a period, only for waiting their 2nd cylinder get empty). We should visit their warehouse in early morning around 6.00, (Before TVS-50 available, it easy to bring cylinder, XL-Super unable to bring it). We want to hire an Autorickshaw with waiting charges, because their warehouse is in an agriculture area, 3 kilometer far from the town. There are 2 ques, one for paying and another for exchanging cylinders. In both ques consumers need to carry their cylinders with them. (What a difficulties to the fellow people!!!) Overall people' opinion is to cancel dealership of Jaya Gas agency and return to "Radha Gas" or appoint a best dealer in the town to avoid hateness of "Bharat Petroleum". Nobodies can stand a long time in a field without people' support/satisfaction...
