NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT. AND NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY FOR CUSTOMER QUERIES

I have called to the gas agency for several times to file a complaint for gas leakage and the gas cylinder has no valve pin inside so that the gas leaking, but no one responded the call and they keep on saying that the complaint will be attended sir we have already send the person to your house. after 3 hours a complaint checking person came and saying that it can't be resolved the cylinder should changed instead of this leakage cylinder said that and he went. tell me the solution for this problem and to stop this black market selling cylinders for 700 to 800/-Rs
