Non delivery of Gas

Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked for a HP gas sylender last 28-30 days to JAY GAS, wadgaon sheri.as per their policy (told) it may take 10days for delivery. but till yet 06/10/10 they are not delivery the same.i was trying to call them but they are not picking the telephone. When i asked for the same they answered roudly like&-quot;FALTU TIME PASS MAT KARO". So please tell me "is a customer calling for his booking or for time pass'??? They are such very irresponsible people sitting there. No customer service/satisfaction. I would like to request you pls handle this case for which other customers would not face problems like me.
