Rubbish and poor service Rather Cheats

Same with me. Changed the pick up point and did not bother to inform instead upon contacting their office, the response was very casual. Being a female, i kept waiting for a response from them in the night at Jammu and there was no response from them and i had to contact them everytime and finally at 9 p.m. their reply was to go to Jammu Bypass. I had already boarded another bus around 8.55 and paid the money.

JBG owe us Rs. 2198/- and an apology
