Cargo missing from indigo

Dear sir,

we have booked a consignment from kolkata to Ahmadabad by indigo airlines 6E-238 air way bill no. 312-10830643 dated -16.04.2012 but till date we have not received the material ether we not got any positive response from airline employee hens that material is a machinery part (drill head) for underground drilling for oil and gas, now we loose our revenue day by day . who is going take responsibility for lost this material .please help me out.
