Changed the flight from Jet Airlines to Jet Lite

My name is Smit Chechani. I took a ticket of Jet Airways flight number 9W 7088 for date 21st August from Mumbai to Srinagar. But when reached at the airport we are shifted to a JetLite flight. Nothing is provided in the flight as breakfast. The services in the flight were also very poor.

Highly disappointed as there was no prior notice regarding this was issued.
