Reimbursement of Air Fare

I would like to inform you that we had a Flight from New Delhi Via Kolkata to Jorhat on 25/02, Flight. No.9W - 922, Time: 9.30 AM (IST). But due to some reason not known to us, the flight was cancelled at 11.30 AM. After the long day harassment at the Delhi Airport (Terminal 3) we were given a flight to Guwahati at 4.00 PM & we were said that the total ticket fare from Kolkata to Jorhat will be refunded to us without deducting any taxes, Surcharge & Fees etc, which is clearly mentioned in the copy of the ticket signed by the Duty Manager. But on 09/03 I got a Cheque of Rs 904.00 from our travel agent ARANYA TRAVELS, Jorhat which is much lesser than the original ticket amount.

I just want to request you to kindly intervene and send me the details on what ground Rs.904.00 has been calculated for 3 tickets (me, my wife and my 1.5 yrs son)
