Hi,

I have booked a flight from Lucknow to Hyderabad on 26th Sep 2010. Its a single booking from LKO to HYD. Departure at LKO (S2 0138) was at 7:20AM and it reaches Delhi at 8:20AM and again it starts at 9:25AM (S2 0241) and reaches HYD at 11:25AM. But the flight was delayed at LKO by an Hour and reached Delhi airport at 9:30AM. When enquired the ground staff of Jet Airways have informed that the flight to HYD has already departed from Delhi.

When contacted them they made me to meet different people at different area at the airport. They have promised me that they shall refund me the total amount and written the same on the boarding pass. with their confirmation i have booked anohter flight in another airlines. but when i came back to them for refund they say they shall only refund 200/-.

I have been into total mental and physical turbulance with the kind of service what Jet airways have shown me for 3hrs at the New delhi airport. No body was least bothered about how im feeling with the inconvenince caused by them.

I would like to sincerely request you to kindly help me in this case and do justice for me.
