Efusal to board /mismanagement

Was 8th November morning, my flight scheduled to depart on 6.35 am from New Delhi to Hyderabad. I reached on time and I heard a staff calling for Hyderabad passenger. I was in check in queue and I called back. She didn’t listen and so I approached another staff member asking here where to report. I checked clock, check in counter about to close. Instead of guiding she pointed on a counter, where there again a queue and counter said closed. I searched panicky and again found the attendant who was calling for passengers. She rudely said “ you are late, you didn’t respond to my call” . I said I did ma'am, your staff guided me here. She starred me, and said "you were not even in queue you are lying". She simply left. Stranded I wondered the lack of coordination amongst your staff members, is not only costing me my trip but my self respect. We requested and called she never even turned. Instead of now being guided, all the attendant left the scene. We three people missed flight thank to your in- cordial staff lousy coordination. I literally had to beg an attendant to be guided to ticketing counter. When I explained them the scene they refused saying its not possible. I wish I had recorded the scene, for only that could possibly satisfy the mismanaged airline, the fact they are pathetic in each department, from providing a sloppy service, to humiliating the customer and being disrespectful.
