Lost Baggage

Baggage lost while flying with Jet Airways between Milan and Delhi. There has been no action and communication, nor has any compensation been given despite escalating the case to the highest level in baggage section of the company hierarchy.

Despite calling and chasing at the highest level in Lost Baggage section of Jet Airways, there has been no response from the company. It has been more than 18 days and Airlines have been very irresponsible in taking action or even communicating the same to the passenger. I would urge you to please intervene and let me know my rights as a passenger to recover compensation not only for the missing baggage but also the time and effort spent in constantly chasing the airlines service office without any response.

I attach here the details of the communication and baggage reference for you to please action. Would appreciate your urgent help.
