Delay of baggage

Dear sir,

i am complaining for delaying of my all seven baggage for 3 days.

because of that 3 days delayed me and my family had to go through lots of trouble and emberassament.

very next day we had to attend the family function and because of that we had to buy new stuff which we already carried with us in our baggage.

i am trying my level best to contact you but not getting any response please guide me further.
