Unprofessional approach

Dear Sir,

I had booked my and my wife's ticket on jet airways for 18th Feb. Inspite of reaching to airport on time, I reservation was not considered and I was not issued boarding pass. as per Jetairways, they had closed file before 45mins.

Just to inform you that, I reached to jetairways counter before 45mins and all the counters were very busy & as per they thay had announced verbal announcement but somehow I cud not listen the same.

I understand they had taken extra passenger booking hence closed the filgt accordingly. I requested them a lot to consider my ticket but they refused and were very rude to me.

I was going to lucknow on a very inportant work and now this situation has put myself in a bad situation.

Though they themself have cancelled my ticket and charged me @750/-ticket cancellation.

Since I was going for important work, I have booked myself and my wife on IC

and paid 2100/- extra per ticket.

I hereby request you to take this matter and get me justice.
