Lost Baggage

I have travelled from Delhi to Katmandu on 13/03. On reciveing Katmandu realied that my check in baggage had not arrived. I made a formal complaint and was handed over a Property Irregularity Report with no File Refrence No. I followed up for 2 day with Jet Katmandu Office but they had no clue of my Baggage. I returned to Delhi on 15th and tried to track through the baggage counter waited for 1 hour with no repreentative at the desk. I left Airport and Called Call Centre wa told that the complaint i being forwarded and someone will get in touch with me. I have been repeatedly calling the Call centre with no Update. They gave me few nos which are again not answered. It 5 day and i have no track of where my baggage is.
