I was told 19 hours before i was due to fly (I had already checked in online) that my flight was cancelled. I was told that I had to get on a flight that evening or i wasnt going to Thailand.

When I tried to contact Jet Airways to complain there was no phone number. There was only the option to send a letter of complaint. Utterly unbelievable. What an arrogant company that changes its plans last minute and has no response to its customers. I am absolutely furious that my evening was ruined, i had to fly overnight and stay overnight in Bangkok whilst i had to wait for my connection.

Terrible terrible company.
