Not Refunding the Amount

Hi,

This is very strange but very annoying behavior of Jet Airways staff. I had booked my ticket via ibibo for (bangalore to raipur : 25th-may & raipur to bangalore: 29th-may) return trip. I had cancelled my return ticket of 29th-may (raipur-bangalore). I was waiting for my refund amount when i checked with the airlines they are saying i have utilized the flight.

Can anyone tell me without check - in how that ticket can be utilized. And for example if i have utilized the tickets than they will be having the records for the same. I have 1000 of proof that on 29th i have not gone to airport also.

What Jet Airways staff is trying to prove here?

What i should do now i dont want any other passenger to be cheated like this.
