Cancellation amount

Ear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that tickets (PNR CUHBSI) for Hyderabad-Vijayawada (flight number 9W 2739) was cancelled by me at jet airways counter at Mumbai domestic airport on 26th august. As told by jet airways representative at the counter, the amount was to be refunded in 4 working days. But it has not been yet refunded. I would request you to please look into this matter as early as possible.
