Not received refund of cancelled tickets

Dear Sir,

Re: Refund for cancelled sector on 14th Oct Delhi /Jaipur flight number 9W2623

We cancelled our tickets at airport counter and we were informed that the refund will be sent to my credit card A/c.

But still I did not receive any refund from Jet airways. As the below tickets were purchased online through credit card. Please note our e ticket numbers with passenger names were as follows

2. Ms Keiko Toritani 5892184577520

3. Ms Chinami Kimura 5892184577522

4.Mr Fumiaki Oka 5892184577523

Kindly help me to get my hard earned money back to my credit card a/c as soon as possible. As it is already too much delayed.
