Refund for cancelled tickets

Dear Sir,

We had cancelled our tickets for 14th Oct Del /Jaipur flight number 9W2623 at airport counter and still did not receive any refund from the Jet Airways. I had sent many mails to info@jetairways.com for refund of money but still did not get any response from them. I purchased these tickets online through my credit card. But still I did not receive any refund from you. Please note our e ticket numbers with passenger names were as follows

3. Ms Chinami Kimura 5892184577522

4.Mr Fumiaki Oka 5892184577523

Kindly help me to get my hard earned money back from Jet airways. As it is already too much delayed.
