Jet Airways
No receipt of proceeds of cancelled ticket

I had booked a Jet Airways ticket from Mumbai to Kolkata. The PNR number is IZIRBY and the e ticket number is 5892184505370. This flight was cancelled by the airlines on 4th November and I had asked for refund on the same date. I was told that the amount would be refunded within 7 working days. However till date (7th December), I have not received the refund. I might have called jet airways call center 10 times and every time the person seek 2-3 more working days. I was also issued a receipt number - 5890491001588. I am fed up calling jet airways and explaining the case to a new person every time.

Please help me to get the refund.
