Refund Not Given

I was trying to book a ticket for jet airways flight 9W365 for 30th january for passenger Akhil Kovilakonda. But when I made the payment i got a transaction failed message while online payment, But amount of Rs 4406 has been debited from my credit card. I have raised a complaint on 7th jan with jet airways but the refund has not yet been done and there is no update on the my request from Jet airways even after more than 3 weeks. This is absolutely pathetic service. I want my refund immediately.
