Made us wt for almost a day with pathetic response

2 of us travelling from chennail to Kathmandu. One of us lost Passport, airways don't bother to help a bit even for exit... And on top of it when we found the tickets after waiting 8 hours in airport, they dint bother even to reschedule the travel, they made us wait for another 5 hours... there were 8 people in ticketing, but mo one interested to check for ticket availability, and give tickets... These people r not even aware if we hav to take baggages upon trip reschedule... Totally pissed... Is all the common persons time and money taken for granted... It's not just jet, every where just common man suffers..., wil u people atleast take any action???
