REALLY DISTURBING
This is not acceptable becoz if there is process defined that "If the passenger is agreeing for alternative arrangement and canceling the alternative tickets the flight which booked alternative that airline will not process the refund". The same could have intimated to me either by Paramount ariwary help desk on 19 Dec december and also Jet Airways. Pls refer below my details mail on 05th Jan. Had i known this process information, i should not have taken the pain of Going too early to (1 and half hour) before and waited in the Queue to get my wife ticket cancelled. Why would i do a cancellation duly when I get nothing in return. Infact Jetairways did informed me that you need to process your refund thru Paramount. Also becoz of not providing the correct process information both at Paramount help desk and Jet airways counter, what all i got is
Money loss
Mental agony in reaching very early to (early morning flight) Airport before the actual filight time that too with 2 old wheel Chaired parents ..
Really wanted to address this and need an explanation .. PLS ACT...
Also when i called up now to Paramount Airways help desk @ 1620 hours, she duly accepted the mistake of not providing the correct process information. PLS ADDRESS ..
Back ground of the problem
We booked a ticket thru Paramount Vide PNR 0M625E, however the flight to Vizag got cancelled and Paramount staff is very much supportive in providing the alternate ticket to thru Jet Airways on 21 Dec. The PNR for Jet Airways is 9W531 from Bangalore- Chennai is GNFIXU and jetlite Chennai- Vizag is GNFIOK.
However becoz of the personal emergency my wife travelled 20th Dec it self. I did called up Paramount airways for cancellation of my wife ticket (Aruna). They advise me to go to the Jetairways Counter at @ Bangalore airport before 1 hour of the schedule departure and cancell my wife ticket. I did the same and go it endorsed the same. Hence we all three (My father, My mohter and myself) travelled to vizag with the same tickets . w.r.t refund specfic to my wife ticket (Aruna) they asked me to touch base with " Parmount". Yesterday i did called up your help centre and they advised me to send an e mail along with the endorsed ticket. Please find the attached scanned copy of the same.
Request you to do the needful and please do repsond ASAP... Also if you need any other details please do let me know you can also find my contact coordinates below
