On 20 April while boarding Jet Airways flight number 9W77 from HongKong to New Delhi, we were served in flight veg dinner which consisted of the following:
A portion Muttar Paneer (was hard to swallow because it tasted sour)
A small portion of rice (hard and under cooked)
One bhatura wrapped in foil (cold and stretched like rubber)
A bowl of raita (was tasting sour too)
A small bowl of salad (consisting of God knows what herbs)
No drinking water was given with the dinner.
No welcome drink was given.
Also the drinks were offered AFTER the meals.
There was no provision for tea or coffee, despite of several request to the cabin crew.
It was a surprise for us because we have taken Jet Airways flight number 9W78 from New Delhi to HongKong on 14 April wherein the service and dinner was found satisfactory.
We are lodging this complaint because this type of service is giving a bad name to the country too.
