Over Booking - Seat compromised

Hi,

Pls find the details of the flight as below followed by my concern.

Flight#9W-2311

From: Bangalore

To: Bhubaneswar

Date of Journey: 25th Nov'2011

PNR: KHGEVZ

Passengers: Rashmita Priyadarshini (32yrs) & Anisha Patra (2yrs 4months)

As Jet Airways did over booking in the flight my wife was requested to give away the seat of my daughter. My daughter being the only kid travelling in the flight. Though my wife compromised with 1 seat why should i pay for the seat in full when some one else has to travel on it?

In the process jet airways do not compensate me? In fact it seems to be a planned thing from Jet Airways by over boooking the flight with only 1 ticket. And does it seem to be a coincidence that there is only one kid travelling in the flight? This is very sad and disgusting to have paid in full for 2 tickets but travel in one. Need Jet Airways to refund my 2nd ticket in full.
