Luggage Mishandled causing breakage in Loacking system

I had traveled by jet lite from Mumbai to Bangalore on 21st Nov by flight S2-112, schedule at 10:45 hrs from Mumbai and reached Banglore at 12:25 Hrs, Upon arrival at Bangalore, I found my Suitcase in which my clothes and toiletries are packed found unlocked and all the clothes found disturbed in the suitcase. when checked the suitcase lock gave way and could not be closed causing the problems. The suitcase was fine while handed over to Mumbai airport check in counter of Jet lite. On further inspection (visual), it was found the suitcase seems mishandled, resulting the entire breading of the suitcase on which the locking system mounted is disturbed/damaged.

I had lodged a complaint in Banglore airport with jet airways, the form is with me. I had received an email from Airlines in which no responsibility is shown by air lines for mishandling the suitcase.

This problem has caused severe problems for in my entire travel itinerary. 2 times the suitcase got opened up and all clothes came out in Railway station during my itinerary. I had to use clothes with mud due to this failure in my meetings in my business travel.

Airlines response has been poor showing the bad taste of service mentality of the air lines. request to address the issue and do justice to me by compensating the losses incurred by me and for the embarrassment of wearing mud filled clothes which is result of the airlines negligence.
