In spite of sending a mail. I was not given any response for an hour and when contacted, my call was disconnected. Not one person to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. There was never an apology made from anyone from your side.

This is to inform you about the hassles that was made today for my mother at T3, New Delhi
First, web check in and physical check in was done at the Jet lite counter for the PNR KYLTUW
Second, after the security check when she enquired for the correct gate, her boarding pass was taken and cancelled without any explanation. She was also asked to handover her baggage tags. Furthermore, she was guided to the exit without any instructions;
Third, she had to return to the check in counter, get a new boarding pass issued and complete her security check AGAIN, when there was less than 30 mts to board the flight.
Fourth, my mother is 58 yrs old, and by the will of God, hale and hearty. If not considering her age, at least you had to consider the fact that you had done this to her after the trauma of the four hour delay.
Fifth, till now, neither she nor we, her children, are aware of the reasons for these unpleasant experiences
