Not attending to my stalled Activa

Dear Sir,

My scooter (Activa, MH01-AK-4239) has stalled around 10 days back. I have purchased and serviced the scooter so far from Jhaveri Honda.

I had called them and they had fixed an appointment to send their mechanic on last Tuesday to the place of my residence at Wadala. Nobody turned up on Tuesday, 9th of August. I called them again on next 2 days, and they said they would call me back. They haven't done so. And since I have tried their numbers and not been able to get through to the only number that seems operative (24710891).

As this has caused me a lot of inconvenience and left me feeling helpless, I have thus tried to see if there would be a way over the internet to get them to have better accountability to their customers.

Would appreciate any help toward this matter.
