No refund

I (Ravindra B.) booked a flight ticket through online service MakeMyTrip Pvt. Ltd. The booking ID is FLT00007145392.

The flight timing shown while booking didnot match that on the airticket issued per email. Further the flight IC 7801 from Delhi to Kanpur on 3rd Nov apparently got rescheduled and I was told that I can get full refund from the Makemytrip. The Airlines endorsed the ticket for full refund and the original document as well as scanned versions of it were sent to Makemytrip. Till now (three months after the documents were sent) makemytrip has not arranged for the refund. Moreover, their customer service personnel give misleading information and often just don't answer. I sent repeated emails to their management team as well to no avail.
