Extrem delay in transporting my materials

Dear officer,

I would like to complain about Jinder Packers & Movers.

I have utilised their service for transport from Pune to Gwalior. They collected my house hold stuff from Pune on 27th August. They told that it will reach Gwalior on 31st Augustol. When I called them

on 31st they told that their vehicle got some problem and is getting rectified in Indore.

They keep telling me the same thing till 5th. Than every day he kept telling that it will

come next day. When I told them I will complain to Police they told we don't care.

I got my material on 15th September with 2 items missing. Moreover Material got

severe damage.

I would to file a complain against Jindal Packers & Movers for the extremely poor service and mental

harassement for more than two weeks.

I request you to take strict action against such service provider.

I hope this complain will be taken seriously.
