Bad Quality of Tyres

I purchased a Maruti Alto with company fitted JK Ultima tyres. I have driven the car for mere 11000 kms in the city limits only and one of the tyre has worn out. The wire beads are coming out on the inside of the tyre and this is resulting in frequent punctures. I think the tyres of JK Ultima are of bad quality. I request the company to improve the quality or vanish from the market.
