Not providing The Gas Cylinde

Iam having account in this gas agency. I booked for gas before 15days. But still i have not received it. Most of the peoples are facing this same problem everyday. They are providing most of the cylinders in the black market.this is the main reason for cylinder shortage. Per day one or two loads will come to this agency. In a load it will contain 300cylinders. What they do means they will provide 100 cylinders in the black market.the cost of a normal booked cylinder is Rs350/- at our doorstep. In this they will get around 50 as profit. But the rate of black cylinder is Rs500/- at their doorstep.

So the net profit for

Regular cylinder is 50*200=10000/day for one load.

Black Cylinders is 200*100=20000/day for one load.

So per load they are earning Rs30000 as profit.

The point is for house they are taking more than15 days after booking to deliver the cylinder, because for hotels etc.. they are providing the 14.5kg domestic gas cylinder everyday in the black market. So the concern department has to take action against this and regularise it as soon as possible.
