Engine problem

Sir,

i purches honda shine up-32 da-3421 in jugal kishore honda in 9 december .sir i have problem in my bike.my bike engine is leak and very sound with smoking.i went to honda service centre manager mr. AMIT JAUHARI and tell him my problem but he says that u will pay for this work.i told him that my bike is under warranty but he refused me .then i agree .but again one month latter that same problem in my bike engine sond very loudly with smoking and engine block is leak. plz sir help me i m a student again and again i will not pay
