Bad service

Dear Sir, I purchased a used Maruti 800 from JVB car dealer (Vizag) nearly 3 months back. I was promised that the necessary paper work to transfer ownership of the car would be done in a week and I was also told that the car is insured but to my utter disappointment this used car dealer took 45 days (after repeated calls and warning that I would file a complaint) to transfer ownership and later on I came to know that the car insurance had expired way back. Since last 45 days he has been telling me that he would do the insurance part since it was promised but till now he has not done anything.
