Jyothi Enterprises(Indane Gas Distributors)
Booked Cylinder not yet received even after one month - selling them in Block outside

This is M Nagendra Prasad Holding Indane Gas connection Consumer No:527671 with Jyothi Enterprises, Hno. 11-1-300, Aghapura, Hyderabad 50000. I am holding double cylinder. This was transfered from My father name (M.Krishnaiah) to my name after his death. Once in two to three months I will book the cylinder, as usual last time I booked on 28th March I was told me Cylinder will come to home in 12 days. But till now I have not yet received the cylinder. I went to the Distributors on 27th April and asked them they again said " we will send it on the same day (i.e., on 27th April). This was not happened first time.. This will be happening every time I booked. Some time Again I have to book the cylinder for delivering it will take another 12 days. Today is 29th April. Till today also I have not yet received my cylinder. Finally some of the people who are outside the Distributors were talking like "they will be selling out the cylinders in block for Rs.400 to Rs 600. Why does the people not sending MY Cylinder which I have booked and For the money why they behaving such cheap game.. What if I dont go on 27th April and ask them " Why cylinder not yet come"? I request you take the Serious action on them. If that is not the case why to be an Consumer?
