I got very bad experiance of Kaizen service center befour two months back there unqulified engineer service my car (steering rack work) and i found ur mechnic has not done proper job becoz after two days clock spring (Contact Coil) has break and i found that my horn not blowing and air bag error is there, so i visited in ur showroom and told about the condition they told me we will orderd the part after that i found thay are cheating me .as on till date my work has not done by doing so many time follwups so pls do the needful
