Non Registration of Vehicle

Bought TVS scooty on cash down payment on 26th June. Still after 11 days, not got the registration no, insurance documents etc. When you call their showroom and ask only reply- "I don't know" and cut the call., staff simply disconnects the phone. No reply Trying for last 2 days. Tried calling their showroom nos, their sales staff and even their manager. But call is never forwarded - its kept on hold for very very long time or is just disconnected. If you try mobile no of the sales staff or the contact no given on invoice only message- after disconnecting the call&--quot;Number you have called is switched off"

Bought the scooty so that our daughter can go to college comfortably, but now scooty is standing in our compound, as we have no documents, and we are paying around Rs. 130 daily for auto fare.

No idea of customer service. Don't know what we will face when we will go for servicing...
